1. In accordance with the Provisions for the Conduct of the IATA
Traffic Conferences and particularly Addendum No.3 thereof, a copy of which
is attached.

wishes to participate in the following Tariff Coordinating Conferences which
include fares/rates and related conditions solely for application to transportation
on scheduled air services between airports within the European Communities
including related composite meetings.
2. To the extent any such Conference shall address fares/rates and
related conditions soley for application to transportation on scheduled
services between airports within the European Communities, it is understood
that participation shall be as a voting Member. To the extent any such Conference
shall address any other matters, it is understood participation shall be
as an observer.
3. It is understood that this notification is deemed to be consent
to pay a reasonable share of the cost of the Conferences, taking into account
the direct costs of such meetings plus the overhead to Tariff Co-ordination.
4. In accordance with Section V, Subparagraph 1 of the above refered

9. Please attach to this a copy of the carrier’s Operating Certificate
(or its legal equivalent) as issued by the State of Registry and certified
as a true copy of the original operating certificate by an appropriate government
official (normally of the Ministry of Aviation). Indicate full name and
title of certifying official.
Operating certificate must be a document that authorises operation of a
scheduled air service for public hire and must show that the carrier is
authorised to operate international scheduled air services. If operating
certificate does not on its face disclose this in ation, please enclose
copy of relevant law or letter of explanation from civil aviation authority.

Addendum No. 3
ADDENDUM No. 3 WHEREAS the Regulations of the European Economic Community
relating to air transport and, inter alia, to consultations on tariffs
on scheduled air services, provide for a group exemption for such consultations
on tariffs relating to routes between European Community airports, but
impose a number of conditions to be fulfilled in order to benefit from
the exemption;
and
WHEREAS it is necessary to amend the Provisions for the Conduct of IATA
Traffic Conferences in order to comply with these conditions.
IT IS RESOLVED that the Provisions for the Conduct of the IATA Traffic
Conferences are amended by the inclusion of the following Addendum :
"Notwithstanding any Section of these Provisions for the Conduct of the
IATA Traffic Conferences :
1) The Director General of IATA shall - subject to receipt of notification
in accordance with Paragraph 2 of this Addendum - invite any airlines
which :
(a) operate, or have applied to operate, scheduled commercial international
air transport services for the carriage of passengers and/or cargo between
airports of the European Economic Community; and
(b) are not IATA Members who have elected to participate in Passenger
and Cargo Tariff Coordinating Conferences, as appropriate;
to participate in any TC2 Tariff Coordinating Conference held under these
Provisions which shall include fares/rates and related conditions solely
for application to transportation on scheduled air services between airports
within the European Communities. To the extent any such Conference shall
address fares/rates and related conditions solely for application to transportation
on scheduled air services between airports within the European Communities,
an airline invited pursuant to this Addendum shall participate as a voting
Member. To the extent any such Conference shall address any other matters,
an airline invited pursuant to this Addendum shall be entitled to participate
as an observer.
2) Airlines eligible to participate in Tariff Coordinating Conferences
under this Addendum shall notify the Director General, in writing, of
their wish to so participate. Such notification shall be deemed a consent
to payment of a reasonable share of the cost of the Conferences in which
such airlines shall be invited to participate. The Director General shall
determine how such costs shall be shared taking into account the direct
costs of such meetings plus the overhead of Tariff Coordination.
3) The Sections of the Provisions for the Conduct of the IATA Traffic
Conferences relating to Tariff Coordinating Conferences shall apply, except
as varied herein.
