Submissions
The International Air Transport Association (“IATA”) requires that all visitors to these
IATA Ideation web pages (the “ Webpages”) willing to submit an idea using the Ideation
form (the “Form”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use these Webpages nor submit any idea using the Form or otherwise to IATA. The IATA web site Terms of Use and the IATA Privacy Policy accessible via the links located at the bottom of these Webpages are incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part hereof.
Please read them carefully. In the event of any contradiction between these terms and conditions, the IATA website Terms of Use and the IATA Privacy Policy, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that all remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to IATA through or by reason of these Webpages, or by filling in and sending the Form or otherwise (collectively the "Submission"), will forever be the exclusive property of IATA. IATA will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, will not be liable for any Submission (including without limitation, product, services or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future IATA operations. Without limitation, IATA will have the full and exclusive intellectual property rights and ownership in all present and future rights to any Submission communicated to IATA from time to time.
IATA will be entitled to use the Submission at any time at its sole discretion for commercial or any other purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or other person sending a Submission. By access to these Webpages you acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, material or information you submit, and you shall have full and sole responsibility for its content, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. IATA does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use of the materials contained in these Webpages in terms of correctness, accuracy and reliability or otherwise. The material in this Webpage may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and IATA may make changes or improvements at any time.
Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, notwithstanding any principles of conflict of laws. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of these Webpages and communication of any Submission to IATA. IATA may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered or modified by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to modify, supplement or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void unless expressly agreed to in writing by IATA. IATA’s failure to object to provisions contained in any communication from you shall not be deemed a waiver of the provisions herein.
