If you want your airline to schedule, undergo and successfully complete an IOSA audit, do the steps that follow:
- Download the IOSA Standards Manual (ISM)
- Familiarise the operations personnel with the standards (i.e.: Flight operations, Maintenance and Engineering, Cabin Operations and others)
- Contact IATA to schedule an audit or to find out information about potential AOs
- Select an Audit Organisation and undergo the Audit
- Complete the Audit: upon successful completion of the Audit, an airline is entered into the IOSA Registry (validity period of 24 months)
Maintenance of Registration
Prior to the end of the validity period: reschedule and successfully complete an audit.
