More than 50% of passengers worldwide want more self-service options, according to the 2009 IATA CATS (Corporate Air Travel Survey).

IATA’s Fast Travel Program is providing self-service options in four areas of a passengers’ airport journey - representing annual savings of up to US$1.6 billion for the industry. By creating uniform standards and recommended practices, IATA will facilitate industry adoption of these projects – and a better travel experience for the customer.
