ISAGO Auditor Course


Improved ground operations are not only critical in terms of safety, but will also contribute in cutting down on expenses for both airlines and ground service providers. With the implementation of the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO), the primary aim is to drastically reduce accidents and injuries on the ground.

Participation in this course is free of charge for IATA Member Airlines.  Registration priority will be given to Member Airlines who will take part in the ISAGO Audit Pool.

  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the ISAGO Programme in terms of Standards and Recommended Practices as well as Audit Methodology used to conduct initial and recurrent audits of the Ground Services Providers.
  • Learn auditing and assessment techniques that will enable you to gain objective evidence of an organization’s degree of conformity with applicable ISAGO requirements
  • Gain the knowledge to present your assessment in a clear and concise reporting format using the Electronic Audit System
  • Meet one of the requirements for the ISAGO Auditor Qualification Process. Please refer to Section 3 of the ISAGO Programme Manual (pdf) for additional requirements to become an ISAGO Auditor.
