ATC Team Resource Management & Safety (TRM)
This course enhances controller’s understanding of the mechanisms associated to errors in ATC and helps them to develop personal strategies to identify and manage the consequences in an operational environment. This course focuses specifically on situations where the human factor is clearly identified as a component to the system overall safety.
