Diploma in Air Cargo

Cargo Managers are now, more than ever, required to undertand very complex and changing issues to be able to maximise all aspects of their businesses. Challenges are numerous: sometimes very targeted and precise, sometimes strategic and long-term.

Diploma Requirements

This Diploma will be awarded by IATA to those who successfully complete one of the following three required courses and one course from each of the three elective groups within a three-year period.

To successfully complete a Cargo course and receive a certificate, a candidate must achieve a passing mark of 80% in Professional Skills for DGR Instructors,  Cargo Security, and the elective courses in Group 2. For all other courses, a passing mark of 70% is required. To achieve Distinction in any course, a candidate must obtain 90%. Evaluation of participants is based on the results of assignments and/or exams which are set by the Instructor for each course.

The same elective course cannot be applied to more than 1 Diploma.
