This IATA Diploma in Passenger Fares and Ticketing has been created to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need in order to remain in control of your own pricing and to keep you up-to-date with the latest changes in fare construction.

Diploma Requirements

This Diploma will be awarded by IATA to those who successfully complete the required course and two elective courses from the list below within, a three-year period.

A candidate must achieve a passing mark of 70% on any assignment or exam. To achieve distinction, a candidate must obtain 90%.

The same elective course cannot be applied to more than 1 Diploma.
