Diploma in People Management

The IATA Diploma in People Management uses one of the most effective combinations of presentations and practical activities available to provide a broad understanding of people management, from selection to performance management, for measurable human performance improvement in the workplace. The Diploma curriculum is delivered by a group of experts with extensive experience in managing people in an aviation context. The Programme includes a comprehensive list of topics covering key knowledge skills that can be transferred and applied to any groups of people. The Diploma represents a sure way to launch and/or advance your career in management.

This Diploma is awarded to participants who successfully complete four of the six courses included in the IATA People Management Programme, over a three-year period.

A candidate must achieve a passing mark of 70% on any assignment or exam. To achieve distinction, a candidate must obtain 90%.

The same elective course cannot be applied to more than 1 Diploma.
