  • Environment: Promote IATA strategy to achieve carbon neutral growth as a milestone on route to a carbon-free future.
  • Simplifying the Business: E-ticketing is the top priority. China and North Asia regional office is committed to achieve 100% e-ticketing in the region. Contact your STB coordinator for more information.
  • Operations and Infrastructure: Promote fuel savings through airline operational efficiencies, new routes and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Settlement Systems: Working towards greater operational efficiency throughout the region in BSP's and CASS's. Specifically setting up a BSP in Mongolia.
