Please use the following Direct Debit Mandate. Form must be filled out and signed by the owner and/or Managing Partner of the agency according to ownership, and the original is to be sent to IATA. Additionally, please upload a scanned copy of the signed mandate and send it through the Customer Portal along with the tracking number of the shipment. |
